Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location : Atlanta & Savannah, GA

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple modules. Additionally, you will collaborate with offshore architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with both technical and business teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and support on the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Work across various Dynamics 365 modules with an emphasis on the following in order of preference:

1. Warehouse Management System (WMS)
2. Finance
3. Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• Lead functional design sessions and document the business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Perform functional testing , including preparing test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
• Collaborate with offshore architects and developers to ensure successful system integration and meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills :

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) , Finance , and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams.
• In-depth understanding of business processes in supply chain, finance, and warehouse management.
• Experience with functional testing , including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Experience working with offshore architects and developers , managing distributed teams and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
• Ability to manage client expectations and drive project success.
• Strong WMS experience

Preferred Skills :

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Prior experience with global or midsize to large-scale implementations.
