Job Requirements 

• Must be a Board-Certified Music Therapist

Location

• Main office is located in Prairie Du Chien, WI
• We currently provide services in Crawford and Grant county

Hours 

• We are accepting full time applicants and part time applicants, full time positions are salaried. Full time schedule consists of 4-4.5 days in the field plus office time.

Job Description 

• Conduct primarily 1:1 sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing treatment.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Travel to and from client’s homes and facilities as needed.
• Communicate with families and caregivers to provide continuous support.
• Regularly meet with the team to brainstorm creative and proactive strategies to strengthen clinical skills and client engagement
• Stay informed about best practices in music therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.

Desired Skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Experience working with other disciplines as a collaborator or practitioner
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and collaboration.
• A compassionate approach to care that prioritizes the well-being of clients.
