ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a climate-tech company driving innovation and returns. The company is entering a critical phase of operational growth and is implementing NetSuite to support its expanding business model. The engagement is expected to last 3–4 months and remote work may be considered for the right candidate. NETSUITE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the end-to-end transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite, including data migration, system configuration, and testing. Collaborate with finance leadership to define business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite workflows. Work with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure NetSuite is set up to support operational and financial reporting needs. Oversee system setup for inventory, fixed assets, and large equipment tracking to reflect the company’s unique business model. Ensure clean and accurate data conversion for GL, AR/AP, vendors, customers, and inventory records. Support the configuration of NetSuite modules to align with business needs, including financial reporting, purchasing, and inventory control. Train and support internal users in navigating and utilizing NetSuite effectively. Monitor project timelines, manage risk, and ensure delivery milestones are met. Provide documentation, SOPs, and post-implementation support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience leading QuickBooks to NetSuite migrations for high-growth companies. Strong NetSuite configuration and implementation experience, including data migration and process reengineering. Background in industries with complex inventory, large equipment, or energy-related operations is required. Experience aligning NetSuite with operational workflows such as procurement, inventory, and order-to-cash cycles. Ability to communicate technical and process issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and change management capabilities. Prior consulting experience preferred; NetSuite certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related discipline required.
