Salary: $103,500 - 138,684 per year Requirements:

• Must meet the Minimum Requirements in the Information Technology Specialist II Class Specification
• Current State Examination/Employment Application (STD. 678) or electronic state application
• Resume required
• Experience and education demonstrating Minimum Qualifications
• If applicable, include unofficial transcripts for verification

• Serve as the primary network engineer for LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and virtual/cloud networks
• Configure, maintain, and secure network devices (such as Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco switches)
• Monitor network performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues
• Engage in IT projects and initiatives at both departmental and statewide levels
• Develop configuration guides, documentation, and operational procedures
• Represent DPR on shared services support teams
• Participate in network maintenance and communicate impacts to DPRs IT Branch
