Job Description

OSPTA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Licensed OccupationalTherapist to provide services in the Mon Valley, South Hills and surrounding areas.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: To evaluate a patient’s neuromuscular and/or musculoskeletal function through the administration of diagnostic and prognostic assessment of muscle, nerve and joint function. To develop a plan using treatment techniques based on the individual patient’s needs. To report findings to referring physician in order to coordinate care.
* Home care experience preferred but not required
* Strong computer and technology skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

*OT Qualifications and Skills: *Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program; licensed to practice, or eligible for licensure, in the state in which they practice; have good oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.

PA OT Licensure

Healthcare provider CPR certified

Salary will be based upon qualifications and job requirements.
