Position
Perform high-level administrative and operational management services.
Responsibilities
Implement company policies and procedures.
Review timesheets and expense reports.
Maintain personnel, financial, policy, and other business records, including active insurance for the company.
Lead and serve as the contact for third-party admin services (e.g., staffing, payroll).
Receive and distribute mail/email/correspondence.
Human Resources
Administer HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
Compensation and benefits.
Assist with policy development and enforcement.
Coordinate and lead new employee orientations and exit interviews.
Assist in resolving employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.
Serve as the administrative lead and contact for third-party HR services.
Project Support
Assist project managers and engineers with technical publications and document deliverables.
Handle travel booking, shipping, and receiving.
Perform miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Accounting Support
Assist with financial tracking, client and contractor interactions.
Oversee internal accounts and documents.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Minimum Requirements
AS/AA or equivalent degree preferred but not required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Partial-time work in the office with teleworking options.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with creative document editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks.
High attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
