The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily venue operations, VIP programs, and special activations. Acting as a liaison between the venue team, guests, and management, this individual is responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering strong communication among all stakeholders. This is a part-time, seasonal role (approximately April–November). Responsibilities include overseeing venue operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and adherence to venue policies and procedures; advancing, coordinating, and executing VIP programs and activations ensuring a flawless experience for high-profile guests, artists, and partners; serving as a key point of contact between venue staff, guests, and senior management; monitoring and addressing operational challenges in real time; ensuring staff adherence to company policies, SOPs, guest service standards, and safety regulations; supporting the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements and operational strategies; conducting regular inspections of venue spaces; maintaining accurate records of operational activities, guest feedback, and incident reports; training and mentoring team members; possessing a problem-solving and growth mindset; willingness to help in any department as needed; adhering to Responsible Alcohol Service training guidelines and company policies; and other related duties as assigned by management. Required qualifications include strong leadership and problem-solving skills, social perceptiveness, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service mindset, commitment to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, working knowledge of venue operations and responsible alcohol service, and Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include experience in a live music environment, event operations or hospitality roles, handling VIP clientele, and familiarity with venue management software. Physical demands include prolonged sitting or standing, walking on various terrains, lifting up to 40 pounds, and exposure to various environmental conditions.
