Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Scope of Work

Serve as an Application Developer focusing on Oracle Forms, Oracle PL/SQL, PHP, and Classic Microsoft ASP (3.0) technologies to support ongoing maintenance for applications in the DEP portfolio. Primary responsibilities include maintaining application stability, enhancing existing systems, and providing technical support while focusing on a specific Division's application portfolio, with potential assignments to other projects in the DEP application portfolio as specified by FDEP management.

Education (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in CS, IS, IT, or equivalent experience
Certification (Preferred)
Oracle certifications
Domain Experience - Govt Experience

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in CS, IS, IT, or equivalent experience
7+ years Oracle database experience
5+ years Oracle Forms development
3+ years database/SQL performance tuning
3+ years as full-stack developer
Experience with PHP and/or Classic ASP 3.0

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle certifications |
Experience with Agile development (Scrum, XP, Kanban) |
Experience with XML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks |
Knowledge of DEP's technical environment |
Experience with environmental regulatory business processes |
