Our client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a seasonal Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team!

This is an on-site/full-time/M-F seasonal position
Hourly based on experience: Up to $20/HR

Job Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, packaged with care, and shipped on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail
• Verify order accuracy and maintain quality control standards
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet daily fulfillment goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, retail, or warehouse settings preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software are a plus
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
