Organizational Change Manager

Immediate need for an experienced professional with 5+ years leading complex organizational change initiatives.

High Level Responsibilities: Develops and implements change management strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing advanced methodologies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies. Evaluates risks, monitors impact, and ensures sustained change through effective feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant with a minimum of five years in consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
