The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon to join our esteemed team in 2025. This full-time shareholder track position offers an excellent opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible surgeon to practice at our partnered medical centers across Longmont, Lafayette, and Westminster.

OCR is a private, physician-owned group with nearly 100 providers, offering a full spectrum of orthopedic subspecialties, including spine surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, pediatric orthopedics, and trauma surgery.
Founded in 1969, OCR has six medical campuses in Northern Colorado and serves patients from Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. We are part of a large collaboration of 100 orthopedic groups across 37 states, consistently ranked among the top practices in the U.S.
