Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this commission-only role, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income by selling our premium home service products, including tubs, showers, and accessible solutions, to residential and commercial clients in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and other strategies.

• Client Meetings: Meet with clients in their homes or businesses to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

• Product Presentations: Showcase the superior quality and affordability of BCI Acrylic products, delivering compelling sales presentations.

• Sales Closure: Provide accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

• Customer Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to position our products effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in home services, construction, or a related industry.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals.

• Self-Motivation: A competitive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to client locations.

• Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation.

• Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
