We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our growing exterior home renovation team. In this role, you will generate leads, conduct in-home consultations, and close sales for exterior renovation services such as roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and more.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators with a passion for home improvement, a self-starter mentality, and a drive to earn uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct free in-home consultations with homeowners

• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for exterior renovations

• Present product and service options clearly and effectively

• Create professional estimates and proposals

• Negotiate and close contracts

• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle

• Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Track leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM system (if applicable)

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home improvement sales, roofing, construction, or related industries preferred

• Proven track record of success in commission-based sales

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be able to climb ladders, walk roofs (if applicable), and perform physical site inspections
