Job Summary
The Commercial Coatings Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for all project estimating and project management once awarded.
Qualifications
- Strong background in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in cost control and pricing strategies
- Experience with Bluebeam, Pro Core, Textura, Microsoft Office, and On Center software.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and management
- Ability to handle contracts and project management effectively
Responsibilities
- Conduct construction estimating for commercial coating projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Manage project budgets by implementing cost control measures and monitoring expenses.
- Utilize On Center software for accurate takeoffs and project documentation.
- Utilize Procore and Textura for project communications and management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones
