Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Pallet Repair Operator to inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets to meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs.
Repair or rebuild pallets using hammers, saws, nail guns, and other tools.
Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition.
Ensure all repaired pallets meet company and customer specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
Requirements:
Experience with pallet repair, carpentry, or general labor preferred.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
