LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join a respected legal team in Boca Raton, Florida. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file essential probate documents—petitions, motions, inventories, and accountings—with precision and timeliness.
• Support estate administration by identifying, valuing, and managing estate assets, including overseeing their liquidation and transfer.
• Assist in preparing and filing final income and estate tax returns.
• Serve as a key point of contact for beneficiaries and next of kin, providing clear and compassionate communication throughout the probate process.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Provide additional support in related legal matters such as trust administration, name changes, and adoption proceedings.

What You Bring:

• A strong understanding of probate law, court procedures, and estate administration.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify key issues in complex documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field—or equivalent experience.
