Job Description

We’re working with a highly regarded, nationally recognized law firm that’s hiring a strong Litigation Paralegal for its Miami office. This role offers a hybrid schedule, and is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced firm and wants to be a key member of this location.

Responsibilities :

• Support attorneys across the full litigation lifecycle from case inception to appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; assist with legal research and cite-checking.
• Handle e-filing at both the federal (CM/ECF) and state levels (Florida e-Filing Portal).
• Organize and maintain case files, manage deposition logistics, and prep exhibits and trial materials.
• Collaborate closely on discovery matters, including e-discovery (ESI), document review, and expert support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm litigation setting.
• A college degree and/or paralegal certification.
• Familiarity with state and federal rules of civil procedure and evidence.
• Strong tech skills: MS Office Suite, Relativity, Concordance, LAW, Best Case, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bonus if you bring experience with bankruptcy litigation or proficiency in iManage.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
