Responsibilities:

• Facilitate instruction and work closely with classroom teachers to support student learning.
  
• Utilize the computer-based curriculum to assist students during lessons and activities.
  
• Monitor student behavior during class time and daily transitions.
  
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
  
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  
• Work with other staff members, including teachers, administrators, and support teams.
  
• Participate in school-wide activities and events.
  

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
  
• Experience assisting in a classroom environment.
  
• Experience working collaboratively with a team.
  
• Skilled in fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  
• Experience with monitoring student behavior.
  
• Experience with facilitating instruction.
  
• Experience adapting general lessons to meet individual student needs.
