Position: Parking Lot Striping Worker
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with occasional weekends

Position Summary

We are seeking a Parking Lot Striping Worker to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining parking lot markings, crosswalks, and directional signage on commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and is committed to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for striping, including cleaning, power washing, and layout measurements
  
• Apply paint, thermoplastic, or other striping materials using spray equipment, stencils, and rollers
  
• Install traffic signage, wheel stops, speed bumps, and related parking lot safety features
  
• Operate and maintain striping equipment, power washers, and other tools
  
• Follow safety procedures, including traffic control and use of PPE
  
• Assist with general asphalt/lot maintenance as needed (pothole patching, sealcoating, etc.)
  
• Work with crew leads to complete jobs on schedule and to client specifications

Requirements:

• Prior experience in parking lot striping, painting, construction, or general labor preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record (required for operating company vehicles)
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow layouts/measurements accurately
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
