Job Description

We are a family of 4 in Hoboken looking for an experienced and efficient part time housekeeper to help keep our home tidy and organized, as well as help with dinner. While there are 2 children in the household, your responsibilities will not involve child care responsibilities.

Days and hours are completely negotiable; We believe 12 hours a week might be ideal - 4 days @ 3 hours. Cleaning rotation schedule may be appropriate

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining an organized and orderly apartment with focus on kitchen, living room, bathrooms and kids BR;

Vacuuming and mopping floors;

Taking out trash;

Laundry for parents;

Occasional errands;

Occasional grocery shopping;

Meal preparation for the week and that could include ordering food a few times weekly

References are ideal, but most important is someone who is efficient, works independently and takes pride in their work. Details are important. You will be regarded and respected as a vital member of our home and family. We can be flexible with scheduling! Best if tasks are completed before children arrive home from school at 3:30.
