A law firm seeks an experienced patent attorney to join its intellectual property practice in Mobile, AL. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to clients on a broad range of intellectual property issues focusing on patent prosecution. Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and deliver strategic, tailored solutions. A portable book of business reflecting a successful track record in client service. Strong interpersonal and business development skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Patent Bar). Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Advanced knowledge of patent prosecution procedures and intellectual property laws. Proficiency in evaluating complex technical and legal matters.
