Experienced (2-6 years) patent attorney with a degree in Electrical Engineering or computer science. Attorney will have experience with patent preparation and prosecution and other intellectual property matters, including post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinion work and counseling. This position is hybrid (3 days in office)and for someone in the Washington, D.C. area.
