Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, youll be part of a growing team dedicated to delivering accurate and efficient payroll services for over 1,000 employees worldwide. What Youll Do:

• Reconcile timesheets each pay period and ensure hours match approved leave
• Maintain and update employee records in ADP (garnishments, deductions, salary/status changes, etc.)
• Manage the payroll ticketing system and respond to inquiries within 4 hours
• Input and validate payroll data in ADP; run necessary integrations
• Review payroll previews for accuracy; process manual checks and final pay as needed
• Generate payroll reports to support internal departments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Must have multi-national and multi-state payroll experience
• 1+ year of experience with ADP WorkForce Now or WorkForce Management
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must be living in the Eastern Time Zone
