About Your New Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in this company's HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Administering payroll system / monthly payroll processing
2. Handling redundancy and termination calculations and payments
3. Compliance with Annual Leave, Long Service Leave Provisions, and Workers Compensation tasks
4. Managing payroll deductions, including Superannuation
5. Generating payroll reports

About You:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Strong financial knowledge
3. Familiarity with white-collar awards (e.g., Clerks, Sales, Professional awards)
4. A down-to-earth team player
5. Resilience and the ability to handle difficult conversations
6. Self-driven and adept at time management
7. A detail-oriented and accurate approach to work
8. Quick problem-solving abilities
