Job Details Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Utilize agile methodologies, including SCRUM, to effectively manage projects and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Monitor project progress and track key metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure and security measures
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
- Drive documentation and knowledge management efforts to capture project learnings and best practices
- Ensure high-quality output and deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to inform project strategy and decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Projects
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly .NET and C#
- Familiarity with IT management principles and best practices
- Experience with merger and acquisition projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable
