**Position Purpose:** The People Team's Head of Process Improvement & Implementation will be instrumental in identifying areas of opportunity for continued maturation, process improvement, and operational optimization across the Human Resources Portfolio. This leader will work across the various People Team departments and through aligned partnerships with the leadership team to deliver against our best-in-class People Strategy focused on driving business outcomes. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards with matrixed partnerships with COE leaders (Talent, PBP, & HR Operations).
+ Responsible for building a scalable and sustainable operational optimization and process improvement capability within the People Team.
+ Serve as a key member of the cross-functional team charged with creating a successful framework for Centenes Employee Benefits ICHRA pilot
+ Partner with various COE leaders (Enterprise Talent & Capability, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, HR Operations) to optimize processes & implement improvement.
+ Support the People Team Project Management Office and various HR COE leaders with change management efforts and communications.
+ Lead the implementation of new programs or reward offerings within HR.
+ Assist with the successful launch of Centenes Internal Talent Marketplace and provide key insights into our Leadership Development (LD) Transformation, capitalizing upon efforts underway with the Enterprise Talent and Capability Team.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Education/Experience:**
+ Deep experience with process improvement in large, matrix organizations
+ Lean Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred
+ Experience leading business optimization and project management capabilities with a lens toward talent-centric, organizational leadership and development
+ 10+ years experience leading teams through transformation
