Job Title: Peoplesoft (boomi, workday, Mulesoft)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience integrating PeopleSoft and Workday with third-party applications in both real-time and batch modes.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Deep understanding of integration best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in cloud migration projects, with a focus on integration architecture.
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct performance tuning and reliability assessments.
• Oracle PeopleSoft Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications.
• Develop and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Create and maintain robust error-handling, logging, and performance optimization mechanisms to ensure stable integrations.
• Provide strategic guidance for cloud migration initiatives and modernization of legacy systems and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and Workday consultants to support a seamless system transition.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and tuning of integration processes to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and offer technical support during testing and deployment.
