Position Title: Peoplesoft Software Developer IV

Location: CGFS Charleston Financial Service Center, 1969 Dyess Avenues, Charleston, SC

Clearance: Secret Clearance

OneZero Solutions is currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC. The position provides functional and technical direction for our customer's PeopleSoft 9.2 Federal Payroll/HR/Benefits program. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, development, testing, and support activities.

Essential Job Duties

1. Analyze business and technical processes to develop new and modified information processing solutions.


2. Research questions involving PeopleSoft functionality.


3. Translate customer requirements into optimal solutions within PeopleSoft and develop supporting processes and documentation.


4. Provide production support, working with teams to resolve defects following structured methodologies.


5. Serve as developer and analyst, providing solutions using delivered, modified, or custom functionalities.


6. Formulate management reports, summarize findings, and create customer documentation.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance.


2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.


3. At least seven years of experience with PeopleSoft Release 9.x Payroll/HR/Benefits.


4. Expertise in PeopleTools including SQR, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, COBOL, BI Publisher, and Query.


5. Experience with Oracle PUMs and Tax updates.


6. Functional and technical understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll/HR/Benefits and Accounting processes.


7. Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.


8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.


9. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Federal Payroll.


2. Active Secret Clearance.
