Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing team member performance reports. You will educate and problem solve with team members regarding their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure each team member has a statistic for their position
Ensure that each team member understands how their statistic relates to their position goal
Manage and maintain team member statistic reports in the company's database
Ensure statistics are reported by team members on-time
Follow up with any late team members so that they submit their reports
Prepare statistics reports for management
Preferred Skills:

Detail oriented and results driven mindset
A basic understanding of statistics and why they are important to track

Pay: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: Hurricane, Utah
