Role Overview
BGB Group is seeking a Performance Analyst to drive data-driven insights and optimize marketing and engagement strategies. This role focuses on analyzing key performance metrics across digital, omnichannel, and media initiatives to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
The Performance Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders—including strategy, media, creative, and technology teams—to assess campaign effectiveness, measure engagement trends, and recommend optimizations. This role is critical in ensuring that BGB's marketing efforts deliver maximum impact and efficiency.

Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000
The salary range provided is for the Kansas City, MO hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
