Job Description

Location: Preferably Miami-based (CEO spends 5-6 months/year in Miami; rest in Lake Como or other international locations)

Travel: Extensive international travel for remainder of the year 6 months (Italy, France, Spain, Barbados)

Schedule: On-call 6–7 days/week; high flexibility required

Compensation: $90K–$140K/year

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Support (90%)
• Daily meal prep and cooking (based on nutritionist-designed diet)
• Grocery shopping and household chores
• Manage supplements and ensure timely intake
• Housekeeping and organization
• Driving to/from cycling trails; clean and maintain bike/equipment
• Shopping for personal items (e.g., research and purchase cycling gear)
• Plan itineraries for family visits (including alternatives and pricing)
• Travel Coordination
• Accompany CEO internationally; manage visas and passports
• Handle logistics for appointments and schedules while abroad
• Health & Wellness
• Book medical appointments and maintain records
• Administrative (10%)
• Expense management and reporting
• Occasional light business support (e.g., bring water during work without prompting)
• Should anticipate needs before being asked

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 7–10 years supporting high-net-worth individuals in a home setting: some flexibility here
• Skills & Attributes:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
• Comfortable with extensive travel and lifestyle flexibility
• Licensed driver
• Strong understanding of health, fitness, and nutrition
• Ability to manage personal and logistical tasks seamlessly
• Other Requirements:
• Valid passport; ability to secure visas quickly
• Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs
• Discreet and professional
