Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated FMGs to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative environment focused on ensuring effective patient care and medication management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing healthcare system that prioritizes community care and preventative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medication therapy management to patients, ensuring safe and effective drug use.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
• Review and analyze prescriptions for accuracy and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients on proper medication use, possible side effects, and health management techniques.
• Participate in interdisciplinary patient care meetings and contribute to optimizing treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmacy and medical sciences to provide the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

• FMG (Foreign Medical Graduate) with a background in healthcare.
• Must have strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or medical setting is preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of New Jersey.
