*Job Description *
We’re looking for Physical Therapists who are excited to provide individualized rehabilitative care in a supportive and patient-centered environment. In this role, you’ll get to evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians, design therapeutic techniques to restore strength and mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall function. *Key Responsibilities *
* Deliver patient-centered therapy services to restore function and reduce pain
* Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical goals
* Maintain accurate documentation aligned with hospital standards
* Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
*Qualifications *
* Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program
* Valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the State of California
* BLS certification required and maintained
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with accreditation standards and healthcare compliance
* Affiliation with APTA recommended
* Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
* Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
