Responsibilities

• As an Advanced Practice Provider (PA), provide exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care.
• Prescribe and manage medication regimens.
• Dedicate to staying well-informed of psychiatric advances and maintain a patient-centered approach with strong communication and empathy.
• Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion.
• Board Certification (NCCPA).
• Current State of IL PA License.
• Current State of IL Controlled Substance (IIV) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
• Current DEA (IIV) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
• New grads are welcome to apply.
