Adelphi is seeking a Physician (Radiation Oncologist) to provide services at a facility in Dayton, Ohio. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluation at the request of the referring physician. Develop a goal-oriented treatment plan from supporting data for each patient when it is determined radiation therapy is appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced modalities like IMRT, IGRT, and Stereotactic Radiotherapy. Conduct thorough pre-treatment evaluations, review medical records and lab results, and discuss treatment plans with patient. Complete any documentation associated with the treatment provided to patients. Review and monitor all therapy for side effects or complications, prescribed dose changes & other adjustment in treatment as needed. Document treatment discharge summary in CPRS; total radiation doses, patient condition at completion, discharge instructions, follow-up appointment post treatment.
