Totran Transportation Services is seeking a Pilot Car Coordinator to join our Oklahoma City branch.
As a Pilot Car Escort Coordinator, you play a crucial role in our company. Yours is the friendly voice our PEVOs (Pilot / Escort Vehicle Operators) hear when they call in, and you establish a positive tone for our interactions with them. Each day, you are attentive to detail as you field phone calls and coordinate PEVOs to loads. Please listen carefully to any concerns, then make sure the load dates are clear. An adept task juggler, you thrive when the phone lines get busy. Talking to people energizes you, and you love helping them find solutions.
