As a Finance Assistance (m/f/d) , you will help to structure and shape our accounting and tax processes and adapt them to the requirements of a growth-orientated company. Your profile Your tasks: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB. Posting business transactions in the ERP system and responsibility for ongoing financial accounting. Support in tax matters, including advance VAT returns and clarification of tax issues. Support in the development and optimisation of internal accounting processes and structures. Working closely with tax advisors and auditors and supporting clients where necessary. Your profile: Completed apprenticeship, ideally with several years of professional experience in accounting and taxation. Further training in this area is an advantage. Sound knowledge of HGB and practical experience with charts of accounts (ideally SKR 04). Experience in a manufacturing industrial company and/or a tax office is an advantage. High affinity with ERP systems and the ability to carry out postings securely and efficiently. Experience with consolidations is an advantage. Strong independence and enjoyment of helping to shape processes and taking responsibility in a dynamic environment. Professional German and English language skills. Residence in the Munich area or willingness to relocate to Munich for the position. Why us?
