Specializing in Power BI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data consumption strategy for our clients. You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced data models, architecting the consumption layer, and delivering high-impact visualizations and dashboards. Your work will guide data-driven decision-making across various industries, ensuring that data is transformed into actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain Dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to clients.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into visualizations that drive decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end BI development lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Articulate a clear vision for how data flows from sources through warehouse layers into the consumption layer and ensure that data models are optimized for performance and usability.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to design and implement robust data models in the consumption layer, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement BI strategies that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Manage other junior BI developers and Data Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Lead smaller projects or a part of the BI Project from inception through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Development of interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in PowerBI (or any other industry leading Business Intelligence tool).
• Best practices for Power BI, including data transformation (using Power Query), DAX formula optimization, and performance tuning (similar experience in a complimentary BI tool will be considered).
• Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture for the purpose of delivering BI products and/or Analytical results.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts, including star schema and snowflake schema.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.

• Experience with one or more cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
• Expertise with modern cloud data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift etc.
• Experience with Azure Synapse or Fabric.
• Understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
• Experience building ML models using ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with Generative AI models and applications.
