Your Job:
The Office Manager will supervise the daily operations of the facility to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (THIS LIST MAY NOT INCLUDE ALL OF THE DUTIES ASSIGNED):

• Supervise and perform front-end revenue cycle workflows to meet key practice indicators, including managing provider performance against MMG initiatives.
• Conduct daily rounds with staff at assigned practices; ensure standards are maintained for performance, staff meetings, and development goals.
• Ensure practices meet MMG standards for performance meetings and reports.
• Coordinate with MMG leadership on annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Use data to inform practice operations and update MMG leadership.
• Manage patient experience and access metrics; report to supervisor.
• Hire, train, monitor, and retain staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage staffing schedules and inventory of medications and equipment.
• Oversee security and occupational health and safety.
• Address patient complaints and grievances per policy.
• Partner with providers to meet performance metrics and develop business strategies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of providers.
• Assist in practice growth strategies and model leadership behaviors aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead practice-based committees to engage staff in operational decisions.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, health information management, or business administration preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software.
• Leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial and accounting knowledge; understanding of finance best practices.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged sitting, bending, stooping, stretching; manual dexterity for operating office equipment; normal hearing and eyesight.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment; occasional evening or weekend work; travel for meetings and conferences.
