• Supervise and coordinate a team of second-shift CNC machinists for quality and throughput.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components.
• Continuously monitor job performance and make adjustments to maintain production goals.
• Work with engineering to elevate processes and solve machining challenges.
• Mentor teammates in safe, efficient machining practices.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe work environment aligned with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
• 10+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 3+ years of offline programming (Mastercam exposure is a plus).
• Expertise in machining methods and choosing the right tooling for the job.
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and interpreting GD&T.
• Clear, steady leadership and strong communication; collaborative by nature.
• Detail-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Well-versed in machining safety standards and procedures.
