Preschool: Director/Full-Time: We are seeking an organized and energetic Preschool Director to oversee our preschool program across four classrooms, two at Immaculate Conception and two at St. Helen School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage preschool staff and daily operations across both locations.
– Ensure compliance with Creative Curriculum, Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) standards, and all licensing regulations.
– Maintain a safe and enriching environment that supports the development and well-being of young learners.
– Oversee curriculum implementation, staff training, and classroom activities.
– Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and the school community.
Requirements:
Education: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college.
Certifications & Clearances:
– Safe Parish child protection training.
– Fingerprinting and background check.
– CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse training as required by licensure.
– Strong knowledge of early childhood education best practices and compliance requirements.
– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Compensation: Salary is based on education and experience.
