Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there. Identify the most promising areas in which to retire technical debt, modernize the technical stack, integrate more scalably, improve capability more quickly. Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company. Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues. Guide teams in translating new business strategies into integrated, end-to-end technology solutions. Design and chair architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle. Design architectural frameworks, standards, methods, and train colleagues to utilize them while solutioning. Engage business & technical leaders, to secure broad commitment to adopting the to-be end-state blueprint, and methods to get there. Break down barriers of silo’d thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization. Qualifications REQUIRED Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field. 15+ years of experience simplifying CRM + ERP + boundary system landscapes, preference for candidates with Salesforce, and Oracle Cloud ERP experience. 15+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes, spanning engage market & customer, lead-to-order, order-to-cash, offer-to-plan, plan-to-fulfill, record-to-report, source-to-pay, and contact-to-resolution. 10+ years of experience using visual artifacts to document and convey the intent of an enterprise architecture. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, governance, and change management within complex ERP landscapes. Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects. Ability to navigate uncertainty, drive outcomes in fluid situations. Demonstrated ability in information security, data management, and regulatory compliance. 10+ years of experience with cloud-hosted applications, on-premises, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them. 10+ years of experience with middleware, EDI, OIC, SOA, API, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
