• Assessing customers needs and providing the best financial solutions
• Promote and cross sell products and services based on customer need.
• Provide exceptional service that is consistent with or exceeds bank standards of excellence.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
• Perform outbound calling function to generate sales and increase cross-sell and retention. Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience within financial services with a commercial, investment or private bank
• Solid sales experience with a track record of success in offering banking products
• Warm lead generation
• Customer service experience; 2 plus years preferred
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional appearance is a must
