Position Title: Private Equity M&A Associate – Asset Management
Location: Washington, DC; Boston; Philadelphia; New York
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the Opportunity
Provides legal support on private equity M&A transactions within the asset management sector. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates transactional documents, advises clients on structuring and compliance, and assists in fund formation and ongoing management. Works with cross-functional teams and supports junior attorneys.
