Position Overview

Currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing workers. Excellent opportunity for an individual to learn every aspect of our production and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Processes:
   1. Assist with various manufacturing tasks including monthly production runs; assembly, packaging, and labeling of product; processing recycled material.
   2. Learn and follow standard procedures to ensure a quality product.
2. Equipment Operation:
   1. Supervisor trains in operation of equipment.
   2. Worker must follow safety guidelines and learn to perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
3. Housekeeping:
   1. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
   2. Clean bathroom and break room as scheduled.
   3. Assist in deep cleaning factory work areas as scheduled.

Qualifications

• No previous experience; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
• Basic Mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience or ability to learn
• Ability to wear PPE as required (full face respirator, dust mask, Tyvek suit, etc.)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-75 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be comfortable submitting a background check

Job Details

• 5:00 am to 3:30pm
• Monday through Thursday

Salary

$19.00 per hour – more depending on experience
