We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale construction projects, budgeting, site inspections, construction management, scheduling, strategic planning, quality control, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
6. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
7. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
8. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
9. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
11. Manage the budgeting process, cost estimating, and cost control.
12. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
13. Implement a comprehensive project schedule and perform schedule analysis to ensure timely completion of the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry, specifically in commercial and industrial plumbing construction.
3. Proven working experience in construction management, including record of managing large scale projects.
4. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Excellent time and project management skills.
9. Strong knowledge in industry legal rules and guidelines, building codes, and safety regulations.
10. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
11. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
14. A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
