This company is well known in and around the Orlando area for large scale (ground up) multifamily builds. This role is helping out with close out of a number of projects in the Orlando and Viera area?

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
A bit about us:
This company is responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of multifamily housing real estate in the Orlando area. Currently they have a number of builds that are getting to end stages for punch list and turning unit phase. This role will manage a few operations in both Orlando and Viera.

Job Details
Experience in multifamily construction, specifically turning units
Coordination with subs and inspectors when needed
Strong punch list execution experience
Comfortable calling out issues as needed and quality control
Ability to complete small tasks related to painting, caulking, small fixes etc.
