QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Full-Time/Permanent, Onsite
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience

A Bloomfield-based small but reputable company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join their team onsite. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a professional who is confident handling accounting tasks independently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP)
+ Process payment posting
+ Complete monthly account reconciliations
+ Handle credit card reconciliations
Required Qualifications:
+ Must have prior QuickBooks experience
+ 4+ years of experience handling AP and AR functions
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work onsite full-time
