Location:
Western Region (AZ, NV, UT, ND, MO) with up to 75% travel and regular on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support available for top candidates.

Who You Are:

Youre a seasoned cannabis operations executive with experience leading multi-site production environments and scaling operations across markets. You understand the cannabis lifecycle end-to-end from cultivation through manufacturing and distribution and know how to drive Safety, Quality, Compliance, Cost, and People outcomes. You influence leaders effectively, elevate standards, and execute strategy in regulated, fast-moving environments.

You balance strategy with field presence. You build high-performing teams, use KPIs and SOP discipline to guide decisions, and apply continuous improvement to move the business forward. Youre comfortable both in cultivation rooms and executive discussions and energized by being hands-on with operators.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead make & deliver operations across the Western Region, partnering with Senior Leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and cost initiatives
  • Set clear goals and objectives for multi-site operations, ensuring delivery on Safety, Quality, Compliance, Productivity, and People KPIs
  • Own operational performance and budget oversight (CAPEX, OPEX, headcount), ensuring responsible spend and strong ROI
  • Oversee field execution and support facility leaders to achieve operational targets with discipline around SOPs, throughput, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with shared services (Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Quality, Compliance, Facilities, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Develop and elevate leaders coaching, succession planning, and building bench strength to support scaling operations
  • Monitor results, identify gaps, and drive corrective action through data, root cause problem-solving, and structured change management
  • Build engagement and culture across sites creating clarity, recognizing wins, empowering teams, and leading with empathy and accountability
  • Drive strategic thinking and decision-making, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve
  • Champion high ethical standards, quality mindset, and operational excellence across all markets

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven operations or supply chain leadership within the cannabis industry, including oversight of multi-site production environments
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with team development and process improvement in multi-site operations
  • 5+ years of experience working within FDA, SQF, or cGMP-regulated environments
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience with demonstrated operational leadership
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, strategic decision-making, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at every level
