Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time Preferred)
Compensation: $1,500–$2,200 per week (Commission-Based with Bonuses)

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or new to the industry, we provide all the training and tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for CDL-A drivers
Use our internal CRM to connect with pre-qualified applicants
Maintain a consistent weekly performance (minimum of 1 hire/week)
Attend virtual trainings and team meetings
Collaborate with leadership and other team members

Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to start immediately
